BOS is a group of professionals that have worked in the Non-profit and Business sectors for numerous years. With extensive knowledge gained from both fields, we formed the BOS group in the late 90s to share our expertise with various clients. As the market experienced tremendous growth in the late 90s and early 2000s, the need for proper management systems and internal controls also increased. This evolution allowed BOS staff to play a crucial role in sharing best practices and lessons learned from servicing international and local organizations in both sectors. Our professionals assist clients and partners in finding business solutions for their operational, financial, and project management needs.

We continue working closely with executive management teams and key employees to understand their internal operating systems. This process enables us to adopt a customized approach, develop innovative solutions, make recommendations for improvement, and offer assistance with or take full responsibility for the implementation of each activity (including outsourcing activities). BOS provides a platform to serve clients' international aspirations and cross-border objectives.
